Payments are handled by Creem.io, our Merchant of Record. We do not store your credit card details. Creem processes all billing and handles tax compliance globally.

Usage Data

We may collect basic technical data such as connection timestamps for abuse prevention. We do not log your browsing activity, destination IPs, or DNS queries.

GhostKnowMeVPN operates a strict no-logs policy. We do not monitor, record, or store:

• Your browsing history or visited websites
• DNS queries
• IP addresses assigned to you during a session
• Bandwidth usage per session
• Connection timestamps beyond basic abuse prevention

• To authenticate you and manage your subscription
• To deliver VPN configuration files and proxy credentials

• Clerk — authentication and identity management
• Creem.io — payment processing and subscription management
• Vercel — application hosting and analytics

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Payment records may be retained by Creem.io per their own retention policy.
