Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GhostKnowMeVPN or GhostKnowMe Residential Proxy (collectively, the "Services") operated by GhostKnowMeVPN ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Service Description

GhostKnowMeVPN provides encrypted VPN tunneling via WireGuard with dedicated IP addresses. GhostKnowMe Residential Proxy provides access to a network of residential IP addresses for legitimate data collection, ad verification, and related use cases.

Both Services are software-as-a-service (SaaS) products delivered electronically. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
• You must authenticate via Google OAuth through our sign-in page.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it current.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities of any kind under applicable local, national, or international law
• Hacking, unauthorized access, or any form of network intrusion
• Distributing malware, spyware, ransomware, or other malicious software
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or conducting phishing campaigns
• Generating, distributing, or accessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Copyright infringement or distribution of pirated content at scale
• Circumventing platform terms of service in ways that harm third parties
• Denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against any target
• Violating any applicable export control or sanctions regulations
• Reselling or sublicensing the Services without written authorization

We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities immediately and without refund, and to cooperate with law enforcement where required.

5. Payment & Subscription

Payments are processed by Creem.io, our Merchant of Record. Creem handles all billing, tax collection, and currency conversion globally. By subscribing you also agree to Creem's terms of service.

• VPN Service: Billed annually at $100 USD. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
• Residential Proxy: Billed monthly at $45 USD. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
• Prices are listed in USD. Creem converts to your local currency at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@ghostknowme.xyz or via the contact page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• We offer a 7-day refund for first-time purchases if the Service did not function as described. Contact support within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods or for violations of these Terms.
• Creem may issue refunds on our behalf for unresolved support requests.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We operate a strict no-logs policy for VPN traffic.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostKnowMeVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, as required by applicable law.
